About Me
Jayme has called Manhattan home since 2005, when she moved from the Perry-Lecompton area to attend Kansas State University. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Sociology, she decided to stay and build her life in the community she had grown to love. Her career began at Flint Hills Job Corps, and in 2010, she joined Meadowlark, where she continues to make a meaningful impact.

Today, Jayme plays a key leadership role at Meadowlark, overseeing operations across home health, food service, independent living, campus sales, and more. Her work reflects a strong commitment to quality services and community well-being.

Driven by a passion for economic development, Jayme is dedicated to making Manhattan a place where people want to live, work, and visit. She is a longtime leader in the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce’s Classroom-to-Career Partnership, serves on the Chamber’s Membership Committee, and has contributed to community efforts through the Move MHK Steering Committee and the Manhattan Community Health Foundation Gala Committee.

In 2023, Jayme was recognized as one of Manhattan’s inaugurals 15 under 40 Award winners. She is also an active supporter of the K-State Ag Innovation Initiative.

Outside of work, Jayme and her husband are proud sports fans who love cheering for the K-State Wildcats and the Kansas City Chiefs. She’s a strong advocate for youth sports and spends much of her free time supporting her teenage son from the sidelines.
